Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como fin hacer un sondeo del uso y la apropiación de las herramientas Tic en el sector de comidas rápidas de una comunidad cuyo sector es conocido por tener variedad de emprendimientos, formales e informales enfocados en esta actividad. A través de una encuesta compuesta por análisis de las Tic en diferentes aspectos como el manejo de personal, de inventarios, la recepción de pagos y el marketing digital entre otros. Para finalmente establecer unas estrategias que se puedan implementar en los actuales y futuros emprendimientos de este tipo para mejorar el alcance y optimizar las ventajas.
The first motivation of this work is to survey the use and appropriation of TIC tools in the fast food, which sector is known for having a variety of formal and informal enterprises focused on this activity. Through a survey composed of TIC analysis in different aspects such as personnel management, inventory, receipt of payments and digital marketing among others. To finally establish strategies that can be implemented in current and future enterprises of this type to improve the scope and optimize the advantages.
