Abstract
El autor de este texto busca optimizar los tiempos logísticos de la empresa PROALIADOS SAS. Para ello, describe un diagnóstico de las diferentes situaciones en alerta para el desarrollo de las actividades y funciones diarias en la sesión de logística, principalmente sector de bodega. Se apoya en dos elementos de medición de variables cuantitativas y cualitativas, como son la encuesta y la observación. Describe el contexto de la empresa, comprende situaciones externas e internas y aporta valor describiendo variables positivas y negativas. Comienza en determinar los temas principales en evaluar, como son los inventarios, la rotación y la infraestructura o diseño. Emplea la construcción de una investigación de temas relacionados al problema, buscando encontrar alternativas que brindan solución a los problemas más comunes y recurrentes en el ingreso y salida de referencias, cantidades, almacenamiento en bodega, separación de pickings, ubicación de referencias y rotación de inventarios. En la parte final, el autor menciona dos tendencias, la logística 4.0 y el diagrama adimensional de bloques, enfocados en brindar alternativas de valor que disminuyan la gravedad de los problemas identificados en el flujo de trabajo corriente.
The author of this text seeks to optimize the logistics times of the company PROALIADOS SAS, for which he describes a diagnosis of the different situations on alert for the development of daily activities and functions in the logistics session, mainly the warehouse sector, relying on two elements of measurement of quantitative and qualitative variables such as the survey and the observation. He describes the context of the company, understands external and internal situations and adds value by describing positive and negative variables, beginning to determine the main issues to evaluate such as inventories, turnover and infrastructure or design. It uses the construction of an investigation of issues related to the problem, seeking to find alternatives that provide solutions to the most common and recurring problems in the entry and exit of references, quantities, warehouse storage, separation of pickings, location of references and inventory rotation. In the final part, the author mentions two trends, logistics 4.0 and the dimensionless block diagram focused on providing value alternatives that reduce the severity of the problems identified in the current workflow.
