Abstract
El presente trabajo consiste en realizar una propuesta parar adoptar la filosofía de mejora continua al interior de una empresa llamada Comercializadora JB dedicada a la comercialización y distribución y productos lácteos en 4 municipios del valle de aburra, esto con el objetivo principal de reducir desviaciones y errores en los procesos de distribución y operación, basados en una serie de investigaciones que permitan dar mas claridad acerca de la importancia de la implementación de estos mecanismos.La investigación se realizo con base a la problemática en la gestión de operaciones buscando información de diversas fuentes, datos propios de la empresa, se realiza una encuesta con preguntas abiertas y cerradas esto para conocer que percepción tienen los colaboradores acerca de la mejora continua, teniendo en cuenta que la investigación corresponde a una propuesta su enfoque escualitativo con un alcance descriptivo sabiendo que se realiza un diagnostico de la empresa y búsqueda de conceptos para la sustentación de la problemática.Lo anterior permite establecer conclusiones correspondientes al favorecimiento del crecimiento de la empresa buscando resolver las problemáticas expuestas, basados en los conceptos expuestos se tomen mejores decisiones y, por supuesto, el equipo de trabajo se alinee en función de los objetivos empresariales.
This work consists of making a proposal to adopt the philosophy of continuous improvement within a company called Comercializadora JB dedicated to the marketing and distribution and dairy products in 4 municipalities of the Valle de Aburra, this with the main objective of reducing deviations and errors in the processes of distribution and operation, based on a series of investigations that allow to give more clarity about the importance of the implementation of these mechanisms. The research was carried out based on the problems in operations management looking for information from various sources, data of the company, a survey is carried out with open and closed questions this to know what perception employees about continuous improvement have, taking into account that the research corresponds to a proposal its approach is qualitative with a descriptive scope knowing that a diagnosis of the company and search is made. of concepts for the support of the problem. This allows us to establish conclusions corresponding to the favoring of the growth of the company seeking to solve the problems exposed, based on the concepts exposed, better decisions are made and, of course, the work team is aligned according to the business objectives.
