Abstract
La pandemia causada por el Covid19 trajo consigo cambios para el empleo, obligando a adaptarse al trabajo en casa. Esta investigación busca conocer el impacto que tiene en la calidad laboral de los funcionarios de CORNARE la creación de un aplicativo que integre todos los servicios y herramientas necesarios para sus actividades diarias. Se opta por un enfoque cualitativo, con diseño fenomenológico, aplicando encuestas a 138 funcionarios de la Corporación. Dentro de los resultados se encuentra una alta aceptación de la idea de crear el aplicativo, además de la idea de que sería fácil de utilizar, y de mucha utilidad para ellos.

This research seeks to know the impact that an application creation that seeks to integrateall the services and tools necessary for the daily activities of CORNARE officials. A qualitative approach is chosen, with a phenomenological design, applying surveys to 138 officials of the Corporation. Among the results is a high acceptance of the idea of creating the application, in addition to the idea that it would be easy to use, and very useful for them.
