Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado denominado análisis sobre procesos e instructivos por convenios del área de admisiones de la clínica CES, tiene como principal objetivo el mejoramiento del proceso en el área de admisiones con el fin de desarrollar una propuesta que ayude a mejorar dichos procesos, Por lo tanto, se implementará las competencias y conocimientos obtenidos durante la formación profesional. Para realizar este trabajo es necesario conocer el problema abordado el cual es la falencia en la admisión del paciente; la documentación de los procesos de los diferentes convenios que tiene la Clínica con las aseguradoras, retrasos, el no cobro de servicios, demora en la atención, debido a la cantidad de información que debe manejar el personal de admisiones y que no está documentada ni actualizada, el objetivo general que le da respuesta a esta investigación es analizar los procesos e instructivos por convenios del área de admisiones de la clínica CES.La investigación presenta un enfoque de tipo mixto dado que guarda coherencia con que representa un conjunto de procesos sistemáticos, empíricos y críticos de investigación e implican la recolección y análisis de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Los principales resultados encontrados a través de la encuesta realizada a los colaboradores de la Clínica CES fueron: La empresa Clínica CES cuenta con un sistema, es decir una herramienta tecnológica regular, esto hace que el proceso de admisiones tarde un poco más en realizarse de manera oportuna.
The present work of degree called analysis on processes and instructions by agreements of the admissions area of the CES clinic, has as its main objective the improvement of the process in the admissions area in order to develop a proposal that helps to improve said processes. Therefore, the skills and knowledge obtained during professional training will be implemented. To carry out this work it is necessary to know the problem addressed, which is the failure in the admission of the patient; the documentation of the processes of the different agreements that the Clinic has with the insurers, delays, non-payment of services, delay in care, due to the amount of information that the admissions staff must handle and that is not documented or updated , the general objective that responds to this research is to analyze the processes and instructions by agreements of the admissions area of the CES clinic. The research presents a mixed-type approach since it is consistent with the fact that it represents a set of systematic, empirical and critical research processes and involves the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. The main results found through the survey carried out to the collaborators of the CES Clinic were: The CES Clinic company has a system, that is, a regular technological tool, this makes the admissions process take a little longer to be carried out timely. The main opportunity for improvement that was evidenced is to hire more staff, due to the shortcomings that sometimes occur in the admissions process, it is essential to have enough staff to provide the best service, with human and efficient quality. By hiring more staff, functions can be distributed among collaborators in an equitable manner. Therefore, when implementing an improvement plan in the admissions process through instructions that serve as a guide to carry out an adequate administrative process.
