Abstract
Este proyecto investigativo busca el reconocimiento y consolidación de experiencias de
comunicación y educación popular a partir de procesos de diálogo de saberes, tomando como eje
los subproyectos que se han gestado desde la Escuela-Comunidad Potosí, Instituto Cerros del
Sur-ICES con el objetivo de que otros grupos, poblaciones o colectivos puedan fortalecer sus
experiencias pedagógicas decoloniales. Una apuesta por abrir una ventana para que se compartan
alternativas otras de comunicación y educación popular en Colombia, y de corroborar el papel de
la investigación-acción-participación como un campo de incidencia social.
This research project seeks the recognition and consolidation of communication experiences and popular education from knowledge dialogue processes, taking as its axis the subprojects that have been developed from the Potosí School-Community, Cerros del Sur Institute-ICES with the objective of that other groups or collectives can strengthen their decolonial pedagogical experiences. A commitment to open a window for communication and popular education alternatives to be shared in Colombia, and to corroborate the role of research-action-participation as a field of social incidence
