Abstract
Este es un estudio  de viabilidad  para la venta  de franquicias  de Motoparceros  s.a.s. en la ciudad  de Bogotá;  en la actualidades un  emprendimiento  de amigos  dedicado  a la comercialización  de accesorios de motos  y servicios  básicos  de mecánica que  opera hoyen la ciudad  de Medellín,  que  basa su modelo  de comercialización  desde una venta  moviliza da  bajo una experiencia  emocional  con conocimiento  y  pasión  por  las  motos.  Motoparceros  s.a.s. Ala fecha tiene  proyectado una expansión  a través de franquicias, buscando  una recordación  de marca a nivel  nacional y la  ciudad  de Bogotá  es elegida  parala aplicación  del  estudio,  pues demuestra el  mayor  crecimiento  de parque  automotor  de motos  después de Medellín. El estudio de viabilidad  inicia  por reconocer la  necesidad  de un análisis  de oferta de negocios  similares  endicha  ciudad,  luego  se encamina  por  buscar el sector idóneo  en la capital  que garantice  un  nicho ideal  para el  negocio  y  el público  objetivo.  Esta investigación  también  esboza y  plantilla  tres proyecciones  económicas  donde  se analiza  la  viabilidad  económica  del  negocio  basado en el historial  de Motoparceros  s.a.s y finalmente  se realiza  un tratamiento  cuantitativo  y cualitativo para obtener el  perfil  del  posible  inversionista , el  cual  debe respetar el  ADN de la franquicia, pues es el  eje diferenciador  del  negocio.  Este estudio de investigación es apalancado  desde el modelo  metodológico mixto  en donde el  marco teórico es clave la sustentación  y  la viabilidad del  estudio.
This is a viability study for the sale of Motoparceros s.a.s. franchises in Bogota City.Currently it is an enterprise of friends dedicated to sell motorcycle parts and provide basic mechanical services, that operates today in Medellín City, which bases its merchandising model from a sale mobilized by an emotional experience with knowledge and passion for motorciclyes. Motoparceros s.a.s. to the date has planned an expansion through franchises, looking for a national brand recognition.Bogotá City is chosen for the applicationof this study because, after Medellín, it shows the highest growth of motorcycle fleet. This viability study begins by recognizing the need for an analysis of similar business offer in that city, then it is directed to find the ideal sector in the capitalto ensure the ideal niche for the business and the target audience, this research also outlines and template three eonomic projections where the economic viability of the business is analyzed based on the record of Motoparceros s.a.s and finally a quantitative and qualitative treatment is carried out to get the profile of the possible investor which must respect the franchise's DNA.This study is leveraged from the methodologica l model of a research work where the theoretical framework propitiated the support and viability of the study.
