Abstract
El consumo de SPA (Sustancias psicoactivas) es un problema de salud pública visible
en la región de acacias en donde se ha evidenciado una gran población de consumidores,
algunas personas desde muy jóvenes inician a consumir SPA, llevándolos a tal punto de crear
una adicción casi irreparable y dificultad de tener una vida cotidiana. Muchas de estas
personas han perdido a miembros de su hogar, amigos, su educación en consecuencia del
consumo, con el agravante de estar privados de la libertad a consecuencia de un delito, este
trabajo de investigación estará enfocado en realizar un estudio descriptivo de corte cuantitativo
a la comunidad terapéutica del centro penitenciario de mediana seguridad de Acacias-Meta,
conformada por 20 personas privadas de la libertad aplicando varias pruebas, Inventario clínico
multiaxial de Millón, Test de funcionamiento familiar apgar, inventario depresión de Beck y la
escala de autoestima de Rosenberg con el fin de identificar características psicológicas de los
participantes de esta comunidad terapéutica.

Many of these people have lost members of their household, friends, their education as a result of consumption, with the aggravating circumstance of being deprived of liberty as a result of a crime, this research work will be focused on carrying out a descriptive study of a quantitative nature. to the therapeutic community of the medium-security penitentiary center of Acacias-Meta, made up of 20 people deprived of their liberty applying various tests, Millón's multiaxial clinical inventory, Apgar family functioning test, Beck's depression inventory and the Rosenberg self-esteem scale in order to identify psychological characteristics of the participants of this therapeutic community.
