Promoción de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la mujer rural de la vereda La María del municipio de Anolaima Cundinamarca 2022.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación a la comunidad rural femenina de la vereda La María del municipio de Anolaima Cundinamarca, pretende contribuir al cuidado que deben tener las mujeres a las cuáles se les está haciendo este acompañamiento debido a que realizan sus actividades de manera empírica y exponiendo su integridad física y psicológica. Por esta razón se genera dicha investigación a la comunidad antes mencionada, porque algunas de estas causas son generadas por la falta de conocimiento al realizar sus labores diarias; de esta manera se les realizará una serie de charlas donde se les muestra la importancia de implementar la seguridad y salud en el trabajo ya que teniendo este conocimiento se les hará más fácil realizar sus labores y ejecutarlas de forma segura. De esta manera será evidente un cambio y traerá una serie de beneficios para su salud y la productividad de sus proyectos, puesto que, muchas de ellas son mujeres emprendedoras que dedican su tiempo a impulsar sus microempresas y aleatoriamente a dar empleo a otras tantas que viven en la zona y son cabezas de hogar.

The present research work to the female rural community of the village of La Maria in the municipality of Anolaima Cundinamarca, aims to contribute to the care that the women to whom this accompaniment is being given must have because they carry out their activities empirically and exposing their physical and psychological integrity. For this reason, said investigation is generated to the aforementioned community, because some of these causes are generated by the lack of knowledge when carrying out their daily tasks; In this way, they will be given a series of talks where they are shown the importance of implementing safety and health at work, since having this knowledge will make it easier for them to carry out their tasks and execute them safely. In this way, a change will be evident and will bring a series of benefits for their health and the productivity of their projects, since many of them are women entrepreneurs who dedicate their time to promoting their micro-enterprises and randomly giving employment to many others who live in the area and are heads of households.
