Abstract
Este trabajo fue desarrollado en el Club Deportivo Alianza Salinera del municipio de Zipaquirá Cundinamarca, en donde se busca fortalecer las áreas administrativa y financiera desde una organización estructural implementando estrategias que permitan establecer los parámetros necesarios para determinar el margen de utilidad de la microempresa familiar a través de la prestación del servicio de entrenamiento deportivo enfocado en el futbol; el Club actualmente alberga alrededor de 80 niños, niñas y jóvenes del municipio los cuales entrenan 3 días a la semana, 2 horas diarias para un total de 6 horas semanales, aprovechando su tiempo libre en una formación deportiva sana y de beneficio para su desarrollo integral. Desde el área administrativa se fortaleció la creación de documentos formales específicos para cada uno de los diferentes integrantes del Club, como contratos, hojas de matrícula, listas de asistencia entre otros que a su vez soportan los movimientos de efectivo
