Abstract
Distrimedica JC, es una empresa dedicada a la comercialización de insumos médicos al por mayor y al detal, con un punto de venta se encuentra ubicado en la calle 41 # 13-21, en donde también se encuentra el área administrativa.
Después de analizar la matriz DOFA se evidencia que el problema más relevante es la disminución de las ventas en el punto de venta debido a la llegada de la pandemia, ya que los clientes que normalmente frecuentaban Distrimedica en su mayoría eran universitarios de la zona, con el cierre de las entidades educativas la baja en las ventas fue significativa, es por esta razón que se propone la implementación de un E-commerce como un plan de mejora.
Posterior al estudio de mercado se define que el E-commerce será implementado gradualmente, con marketing digital iniciando un plan piloto con la comercialización de tres de sus productos, oxímetro, bascula y glucómetro, con lo cual se espera aminorar las consecuencias de las bajas en las ventas debido a las cuarentenas ocasionadas por la llegada del COVID a nuestro país.
