Abstract
El presente proyecto de investigación está enmarcado en la Inteligencia Interpersonal en el Contexto Educativo de los Niños y Niñas del Nivel de Constructores de la Fundación Las Golondrinas del Municipio de Medellín (Sede Llanaditas). Para tal fin se utilizó una investigación cualitativa, donde se llevaron a cabo los instrumentos de observación al contexto y encuestas tanto a padres de familia, como a las agentes educativas del centro educativo. Allí se logró identificar que los niños y niñas del nivel de constructores presentan dificultades a la hora de relacionarse con sus pares, y llevar una sana convivencia; es de aquí que parte nuestro interés como estudiantes para abordar esta temática y analizar esta problemática que se presenta al interior de las aulas de la Fundación Las Golondrinas.
The present research project is framed in the Interpersonal Intelligence in the Educational Context of the Boys and Girls of the Constructores De La Fundación Las Golondrinas Del Municipio De Medellín (Sede Llanaditas). For this purpose, a qualitative research was used, where the instruments of observation to the context and surveys were carried out both parents, as well as educational agents of the educational center. There it was possible to identify that the children of the Constructores level present difficulties for interpersonal relationships with their peers, and to lead a healthy coexistence; It is from here that our interest as students to address this issue and analyze this problem that is presented within the classrooms of the Fundación las Golondrinas. It is important to mention that the general objective of this project is to identify which factors contribute to the development of interpersonal intelligence, in this way; we propose an intervention proposal that provides a solution to the problem addressed.
