Desplazamiento moderno de la comuna 13
El turismo masivo ha provocado algunos cambios en el sector escalas eléctricas, esto ha permitido que muchos de los residentes mejoren la calidad de vida, ya que el sector puede recibir a más de 200 y 300 personas en un día, provocado de esta manera una demanda turística, llevando a muchas personas a vender o alquilar sus viviendas. El sector viene en una constante evolución, pues el viaducto y los senderos peatonales se crearon con la finalidad de que la comunidad transitara sin complicación alguna; Pero hoy se observa el espacio saturado de turistas y venteros ambulantes alrededor. Debido a esas demandas turísticas, aparecen en el sector la gentrificación, las complicaciones en la movilidad, y un aumento en la contaminación auditiva. Muchos de los residentes del sector han optado por vender sus viviendas a un muy buen precio, otros alquilan sus viviendas para locales, pues se vuelve rentable alquilarlas. Sin contar que la movilidad en el sector colapso a tal punto que la alcaldía empezó a buscar rutas alternas por donde se pueda evacuar el turismo de manera segura. Ya que los viaductos están colapsados de vendedores informales, el ruido que se genera exorbitante, impidiendo que en el lugar se de una buena Comunicación, esta contaminación auditiva va en aumento en tanto el turismo crezca.

Not to mention that mobility in the sector has collapsed to such an extent that the mayor's office has begun to look for alternative routes where tourism can be evacuated safely. Since the viaducts are collapsed with informal vendors, the noise that is generated is exorbitant, preventing a good communication in the place communication.

Evidenciar los motivos que influyen para que los residentes de la zona en las escaleras eléctricas de la C13 alquilen, vendan sus viviendas y se vayan, mostrando el impacto que ha tenido el turismo en el sector.
