Diseño de un modelo de gestión del conocimiento para el proceso de gestión normativa de la Secretaría General del Concejo de Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

La Gestión del Conocimiento es un proceso fundamental para que las organizaciones entiendan y comprendan los cambios que se avecinan y que le permiten innovar y ser competitiva en un mercado cambiante y moderno; lo cual, le permite realizar un mejoramiento continuo en sus procesos y en sus procedimientos. Esta investigación busca realizar el diseño de un modelo de gestión del conocimiento con el propósito de mejorar la productividad y la eficiencia del área de gestión normativa de la Secretaría General del Concejo de Bogotá D.C. a través de la identificación de las necesidades que son primordiales, mediante el análisis de la situación actual, analizando los diferentes modelos existentes y relacionados para la presente investigación, con el propósito de realizar un diseño del modelo de gestión del conocimiento, el cual va a permitir optimizar el uso del conocimiento y detener la fuga de información.Knowledge Management is a fundamental process for the organization to understand and understand the changes that are coming and that allow it to innovate and be competitive in a changing and modern market; which allows you to continuously improve your processes.
