Abstract
Dado a la evolución de las empresas, se han creado unas necesidades u oportunidades para el administrador de empresas en su diversificación de roles y/o decisiones a través del tiempo y de las circunstancias que han pasado las empresas hasta la actualidad, de allí repercute el gran conocimiento y determinación en las decisiones que se toman a niveles gerenciales enfocadas en el sector transporte. Dado a esto, el administrador es multifacético e imparcial en diferentes ámbitos, ya que, tiene un grado de responsabilidad y capacidad de hacer o desarrollar una idea en una empresa.Encaminado a esto se delimita una recomendación de un perfil que combina actitudes y aptitudes que debe de tener o debe conocer el administrador de empresas, para laborar en el sector transporte.Para esto se hizo una investigación para tener una base sóliday concisa en base a encuestas y entrevistas, con partes administrativas en el caso de estudio que nos permite tener una mirada holística de estas compañías.Dado al sector se puede tener diferentes resultados que puede determinar el papel del administrador de empresas en la toma de decisiones, se ha venido en constante evolución al momento de tomar la decisión, antes se realizaba por medio del ensayo/error, hoy en día cuentan con unas bases las cuales sirven de orientaciones antes las decisiones que se presentan.
Given the evolution of companies, some needs or opportunities have been created for the business administrator in his diversification of roles and/or decisions over time and the circumstances that companies have passed up to the present, hence the impact of the Great knowledge and determination in the decisions that are made at managerial levels focused on the transportation sector. Given this, the administrator is multifaceted and impartial in different areas, since he has a degree of responsibility and ability to make or develop an-idea in a company. Aimed at this, a recommendation of a profile that combines attitudes and aptitudes that the business administrator must have or must know, to work in the transport sector, is delimited. For this, an investigation was carried out to have a solid and concise base based on surveys and interviews, with administrative parts in the case study that allows us to have a holistic view of these companies. Given the sector you can have different results that can determine the role of the business manager in decision making, it has been in constant evolution at the time of making the decision, before it was done through trial / error, today they have with bases which serve as guidelines before the decisions that are presented
