Abstract
Esta investigación se decide abordar desde los memes como piezas visuales que contienen información con intención humorística y las representaciones de género que jóvenes de la Institución Educativa Playa Rica del municipio de Bello, Antioquia, exponen para sus construcciones socio-culturales de lo femenino y masculino. Estos, como elementos que posibilitan el reconocimiento de la identidad a través del aula de clase y la red social de Facebook. Esto se centró en analizar los aspectos ligados a la actualidad y a la cultura patriarcal, que contemplan imaginarios sociales que son convertidos en tendencia, perpetuando así, estereotipos y roles de género, o incluso generando unos nuevos; los cuales son naturalizados por la sociedad, a su vez que son difundidos en las redes sociales, mensajes emitidos mediante las piezas gráficas denominadas memes y todo el humor contenido en los mismo; logrando así mantener el equilibrio cultural, el cual tiene su fundamento en el contexto social.
This investigation is decided to approach from the memes as visual pieces that contain information with humorous intention and the gender representations that young people from the Educational Institution Playa Rica of the municipality of Bello, Antioquia, expose for their sociocultural constructions of the feminine and masculine. These, as elements that allow the recognition of identity through the classroom and the Facebook social network. This focused on analyzing aspects related to current affairs and patriarchal culture, which contemplate social imagery that is turned into a trend, thus perpetuating gender stereotypes and roles, or even generating new ones; which are naturalized by society, as well as being broadcast on social networks, messages emitted through graphic pieces called memes and all the humor contained in them; Thus managing to maintain the cultural balance, which has its foundation in the social context.
