Abstract
La investigación creación denominada "Usme: Territorio de saberes-narrativas y
memorias alrededor de la Educación" busca rescatar los saberes culturales, populares y
pedagógicos de las Educadoras Comunitarias en Usme, quienes cuidaron y educaron a
niños y niñas desde las Casas Vecinales, transformando no solamente sus vidas, sino
las de sus familias y comunidades en condición de vulnerabilidad. La investigación se
enfoca en comprender cómo se construyeron y transformaron las prácticas del cuidado
desde una perspectiva de la economía feminista, reconociendo el cuidado como una
categoría social y política. Se identificaron desafíos, como el estigma social y la falta de
apoyo institucional, que dificultan el reconocimiento y la valorización de estos saberes y
prácticas de cuidado. Se plantea la necesidad de políticas que promuevan la atención y
protección de las personas menos favorecidas, con un enfoque centrado en el cuidado
como motor de transformación social. Además, se propone desde el diseño narrativo el
uso de una estrategia transmedia para difundir y preservar estos saberes. Esta estrategia
permitirá generar nuevas narrativas logrando visibilizar y revalorizar los saberes y
memorias en torno a la educación en Usme.
The research-creation project entitled "Usme: Territory of knowledge-narratives and memories around Education" aims to rescue the cultural, popular, and pedagogical knowledge of Community Educators in Usme, who cared for and educated children from the Casas Vecinales, transforming not only their lives but also those of their families and communities in vulnerable conditions. The research focuses on understanding how caregiving practices were constructed and transformed from a feminist economy perspective, recognizing care as a social and political category. Challenges such as social stigma and lack of institutional support were identified, hindering the recognition and valorization of these knowledge and caregiving practices. The need for policies promoting attention and protection for the most disadvantaged individuals is proposed, with a central focus on care as a driving force for social transformation. Moreover, a transmedia strategy is proposed, incorporating narrative design, to disseminate and preserve these knowledge and memories. This strategy will enable the generation of new narratives, aiming to visualize and revalue knowledge and memories surrounding education in Usme.
