Abstract
El estudio realizado en la presente investigación buscó realizar un plan de negocios para determinar la viabilidad de montar una empresa productora de sillas con llantas recicladas en la ciudad de Ibagué. Para el desarrollo del plan se tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo; en relación con la recolección de la información, las técnicas empleadas fueron las fuentes primarias, aplicando un sondeo al mercado objetivo, y las fuentes secundarias a través de la recopilación de documentos relacionados con el tema, los cuales fueron los soportes para el desarrollo del plan de negocios. Una vez desarrollada la propuesta, se puede concluir a través de los diferentes estudios de mercado, técnico, administrativo y financiero que esta es viable; por lo tanto, se recomienda iniciar con las pruebas piloto para ir escalando gradualmente en el mercado hasta lograr su consolidación.
The study conducted in this research sought to develop a business plan to determine the feasibility of setting up a company producing chairs from recycled tires in the city of Ibague. A quantitative, descriptive approach was used to develop the plan. Regarding information collection, the techniques employed were primary sources, applying a survey to the target market, and secondary sources, through the collection of documents related to the topic. These were used as support for the development of the business plan. Once the proposal was developed, it was concluded through various market, technical, administrative, and financial studies that it was viable. Therefore, it is recommended to begin with pilot tests and gradually scale up the market until it is consolidated.
