Abstract
La fidelización del talento humano es un término que ha tomado fuerza en la última década, cuando las empresas fueron conscientes que su principal activo eran sus colaboradores y que estos eran el centro de la empresa, entendiendo que empleados felices y valorados dentro de la organización era equivalente a una productividad y calidad más alta. Milonga Beachwear, entendió la importancia de fidelizar, retener y sostener a su equipo de trabajo por medio de planes de bienestar, que no solo motive a los empleados con salario emocional, sino que se trabaje con salarios justos. Todo esto consolidaría un equipo eficaz que trabaje en pro de la consecución de objetivos de la empresa.
Abstract Employee loyalty is a term that has gained traction in the last decade, when companies became aware that their most valuable asset was their employees, and that these individuals were at the center of the organization. It was understood that happy and valued employees within the organization were equivalent to higher productivity and quality. Milonga Beachwear understood the importance of retaining and supporting its team through well-being plans, which not only motivate employees with emotional salary but also ensure fair wages. All of this would create an effective team that works toward achieving the company's goals.
