Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal analizar la relación entre el liderazgo humanizado y el clima laboral en Unidad Alergológica S.A.S. en el contexto del sector salud. Se establece que, dada la alta exigencia laboral, la promoción de un entorno empático y justo por parte de los líderes es fundamental para el bienestar del personal. La investigación se orienta a responder la pregunta: ¿Cuál es la relación entre el liderazgo humanizado y la percepción del clima laboral por parte de los colaboradores de la IPS? Metodológicamente, se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance correlacional, mediante la aplicación de instrumentos a una muestra representativa de 50 colaboradores de la institución, seleccionados de manera estratificada entre personal asistencial, administrativo y por prestación de servicio. La hipótesis central sostiene que un liderazgo centrado en las personas contribuye significativamente a la mejora del clima laboral, manifestándose en un aumento del compromiso, la motivación y la satisfacción. Los resultados del análisis permitirán la generación de recomendaciones prácticas y contextualizadas, fortaleciendo el liderazgo humanizado en la institución y promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo más saludable y colaborativo.
This research aimed to analyze the relationship between humanized leadership and the work environment at Unidad Alergológica S.A.S. within the healthcare sector. It establishes that, given the high demands of the job, the promotion of an empathetic and fair environment by leaders is fundamental to employee well-being. The research seeks to answer the question: What is the relationship between humanized leadership and the perception of the work environment by the employees of the healthcare provider? Methodologically, a quantitative, correlational approach was used, applying instruments to a representative sample of 50 employees of the institution, selected stratified among clinical, administrative, and service-providing staff. The central hypothesis posits that people-centered leadership significantly contributes to improving the work environment, manifesting as increased commitment, motivation, and satisfaction. The results of the analysis will allow the generation of practical and contextualized recommendations, strengthening humanized leadership in the institution and promoting a healthier and more collaborative work environment.
