Abstract
La presente investigación plantea una serie de estrategias para trabajar las ventajas comparativas y competitivas en el marco de la responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE), en la microempresa New Classis S.A.S perteneciente al sector de la manufactura, ubicada en el barrio La Florida, en la localidad de Engativá, Bogotá, Colombia, mediante la formulación de un plan de acción con enfoque de RSE, a fin de mejorar su competitividad y aportar al desarrollo sostenible de la misma. El proceso se realizó utilizando el tipo de investigación descriptiva bajo el enfoque cualitativo, con el propósito de acercarse al objeto de estudio de manera inductiva, partiendo de lo particular a lo general, para la formulación del plan de una acción; de acuerdo con el enfoque cualitativo, se utilizó como instrumento de recolección de información la entrevista semiestructuradaaplicando 7 entrevistas a los grupos de interés identificados. Teniendo como resultado la percepción y valoración que tienen en relación a las acciones y estrategias de responsabilidad social (RS). De esta manera, se propone un plan de acción como estrategia de fortalecimiento socialmente responsable, valor compartido y competitividad empresarial.
This research proposes a series of strategies to improve the weak comparative and competitive advantages in the framework of corporate social responsibility in New Classis SAS microenterprise, through the formulation of an action plan with a focus on corporate social responsibility, in order to improve its competitiveness and contribute to sustainable development. The process was carried out using as a type of descriptive research, under the qualitative approach, with the method of approaching the object of study in an inductive way, starting from the particular to the general, with the aim of formulating the action plan with a social responsibility approach. In this framework, the semi-structured interview was used as an information collection instrument, applying 7 (seven) interviews in total to the identified interest groups, reaching as a result the perception and assessment that the interest groups have on the actions and strategies in relation to social responsibility.
