Abstract
Las emociones de los docentes se deben consolidar de manera positiva y a la par de las competencias profesionales, ya que los maestros realizan una labor más allá del simple cumplimiento del currículo y las repercusiones se manifiestan en la forma en que realiza su tarea y la manera cómo gestionan las emociones. La investigación tiene por objetivo identificar las emociones que se presentaron en los docentes de dos instituciones educativas del sector público y privado durante el periodo de pandemia Covid-19, así como las estrategias de gestión emocional que emplearon para que no afectaran de alguna manera su quehacer pedagógico, familiar y social. En este estudio la metodología fue enfocada en un paradigma cualitativo basado en la recolección de información desde y para la realidad, la población objeto de estudio está conformada por 10 docentes, 5 pertenecen al sector público y 5 al sector privado. Los datos obtenidos son producto de la aplicación y análisis de la entrevista semiestructurada
Teachers’ emotions must be consolidated positively and on par with professional skills since teachers carry out work beyond simply complying with the curriculum, and the repercussions are manifested in how they perform their tasks and manage emotions.
