Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo propiciar el acceso, permanencia y participación plena en el proceso educativo mediante el diseño de la ruta de atención integral e inclusiva que favorezca la calidad educativa en una institución. Se estudia la problemática de exclusión educativa de la población con discapacidad. Presenta un enfoque cualitativo, tipo de investigación acción participativa, teniendo como referentes teóricos la Pedagogía Científica, la Pedagógica crítica y el modelo Social de la Discapacidad. Con la participación de 4 estudiantes con discapacidad y la comunidad educativa, un método inductivo- deductivo, triangulación de la información al utilizar como instrumentos entrevista semiestructurada y encuesta. Se diseña y establece la ruta de atención a la población con discapacidad, que favorezca una educación inclusiva.
