Abstract
En este trabajo se describe la historia de los manuales de facturación y radicación, sus diferentes autores e investigadores que aportaron en la construcción de ellos, contiene información sobre la clínica AVIDANTI sus especializaciones y la manera en que esta organización opera en el área de la salud, adentra a profundidad en su parte administrativa y se dan detalles de los cargos y respectivas labores que se ejerce. El objetivo principal de esta sistematización es Analizar el manual de radicación de facturas para el área administrativa de la clínica AVIDANTI S.A.S con el fin de optimizar la productividad y así incrementar la satisfacción de los usuarios que utilizan los servicios de la entidad. La metodología implementada es cualitativa, con tipo de investigación descriptiva y se utilizó el método de sistematización. Se diseño el manual de radicación, el cual cuenta con diferentes estructuras en cuanto a su elaboración y diseño, de igual manera de manera detallada se encuentran descritos los pasos para la radicación de facturas la cual se deben de seguir para obtener un producto final exitoso.
This work describes the history of the billing and filing manuals, their different authors and researchers who contributed to their construction, it contains information about the AVIDANTI clinic, its specializations and the way in which this organization operates in the health área, goes in depth into its administrative part and details the positions and respective tasks carried out. The main objective of this systematization is to analyze the manual for filing invoices for the administrative area of the clinic AVIDANTI S.A.S. in order to optimize productivity and thus increase the satisfaction of users who use the services of the entity. The methodology implemented is qualitative, with descriptive research type and the systematization method was used. The filing manual was designed, which has different structures in terms of its elaboration and design, as well as a detailed description of the steps for the filing of invoices, which must be followed to obtain a successful final product.
