Abstract
El presente estudio se centra en el uso de Mindfulness como estrategia docente para el manejo de conductas asociadas al TDAH (impulsividad, hiperactividad e inatención) en niños de básica primaria. El objetivo general, es Diseñar una estrategia docente mediante la técnica Mindfulness para el manejo efectivo de las conductas asociadas al trastorno por déficit de atención (TDAH) en niños de básica primaria, fomentando la convivencia escolar. Tiene un enfoque cualitativo, tipo descriptivo. Se aplicó una encuesta pre y post capacitación en técnicas mindfulness, a 17 docentes. Los resultados indican que el 81,3% de los estudiantes mostraron una respuesta favorable hacia estas técnicas, y los docentes observaron mejoras significativas en las relaciones interpersonales y disminución de la conflictividad en el aula.
The present study focuses on the use of Mindfulness as a teaching strategy for managing behaviors associated with ADHD (impulsivity, hyperactivity, and inattention) in primary school children. The general objective is to design a teaching strategy using Mindfulness techniques for the effective management of behaviors associated with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), while promoting school coexistence. This research adopts a qualitative, descriptive approach. A pre- and post-training survey was administered to 17 teachers, who were trained in Mindfulness techniques. The results indicate that a significant percentage of students showed a favorable response to these techniques. Additionally, teachers observed notable improvements in interpersonal relationships and a reduction in classroom conflict, highlighting the effectiveness of Mindfulness in educational settings.
