Estrategia gerencial de adiestramiento para colaboradores en la ciudad de Bello

El presente trabajo de grado pretende demostrar los conocimientos adquiridos en la formación profesional, está encaminado a la investigación de la estrategia para el adiestramiento del personal en las empresas. La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la estrategia del adiestramiento y capacitación que se usa en las empresas del municipio de bello, tomando como ejemplo el sector de mensajería para desarrollar habilidades y capacidades que permiten al individuo avanzar y lograr crecimiento profesional y laboral. Por eso se decide realizar un diagnóstico con colaboradores para dar bases en el mejoramiento de sus funciones laborales, en pro del desarrollo empresarial y la fidelización de estos, buscando mejoras organizacionales. Se evidenciaría los diferentes modelos estratégicos que plantea la capacitación como pre base para un adiestramiento coherente, en este documento encontrara una encuesta realizada a diferentes colaboradores los cuales brindan su punto de vista frente a la forma en la que las organizaciones aplican o desarrollan estrategias gerenciales para generar que sus colaboradores implementes esos conocimientos en la organización y cumplan las expectativas laborales idóneas.
This degree work aims to demonstrate the knowledge acquired in professional training, it is aimed at researching the strategy for training staff in companies. The objective of the research is to determine the training and education strategy used in the companies of the municipality of Bello, taking as an example the messaging sector to develop skills and capacities that allow the individual to advance and achieve professional and job growth. For this reason, it is decided to carry out a diagnosis with collaborators to give bases in the improvement of their work functions, in favor of business development and their loyalty, seeking organizational improvements. It would show the different strategic models that the training raises as a pre-basis for a coherent training, in this document you will find a survey carried out with different collaborators who offer their point of view against the way in which organizations apply or develop management strategies to to generate that its collaborators implement that knowledge in the organization and meet the ideal job expectations.
