El clima organizacional y la motivación laboral son aspectos que actualmente necesitan tener mucha importancia en una organización, ya que de la motivación del personal de las organizaciones es que depende que las compañías puedan tener éxito y alcanzar sus objetivos. Es importante tener en cuenta que en una organización no solamente se debe tener un sueldo por las actividades realizadas, sino, también otro tipo de compensaciones sean más motivacionales y enfocadas en el crecimiento tanto personal como profesional de cada una de las funciones desempeñadas en la empresa en cada individuo que hace parte de la organización, potencializando tanto las habilidades blandas como cada una de las oportunidades de mejora que tenga los colaboradores de la empresa evitando la rotación o creación de organizaciones sindicales que puedan afectar el correcto funcionamiento de la empresa porque puedan generar deserción laboral y con eso una mala imagen de la compañía. Es importante no solamente dar valor a la empresa desde la parte económica, sino, también desde sus clientes internos logrando que las personas se sientan acogidas en su lugar de trabajo, trabajen con pasión y motivación en cada uno de sus puestos realizando de la manera más adecuada sus tareas y funciones delegadas en su día a día; dejando de existir el anterior modelo de jefe y adoptando una nueva posición de liderazgo cómo lo requieren las compañías del siglo actual.

It is important to bear in mind that an organization should not only have a salary for the activities carried out but also other types of compensation that are more motivational and focused on the growth both as a person and as a professional of each of the functions performed in the company in each person who is part of the organization, enhancing both soft skills and each of the opportunities for improvement that each of the company's collaborators has, avoiding the rotation or creation of union organizations that may affect the correct operation of the company because they can generate job desertion and with that a bad image of the company. It is important not only to give value to the company from the economic side but also from its internal clients that people feel welcomed in their workplace that they work with passion and motivation in each of their positions, performing in the most appropriate way to their Tasks and functions delegated each day, ceasing to exist the previous boss model and adopting a new leadership position as required by the companies of the current century
