Abstract
En el presente trabajo se hará un análisis de la empresa PLASTIGEM S.A.S, enfocándose en la parte organizacional y la afectación que esto deja con la rotación del personal, para abordar esta problemática, es crucial que la empresa implemente una estructura organizacional clara y establezca roles y responsabilidades definidos. Por ende, se debe invertir en el crecimiento y desarrollo de cada empleado para que así pueda sentirse participe e integral, generando así un clima organizacional óptimo. Con la implementación de la estructura organizacional de una empresa se utiliza para mejorar su productividad y poder así cumplir con sus metas y objetivos, esto también facilita la colaboración entre las áreas de las empresas. Una estructura bien diseñada mejora significativamente la comunicación, la toma de decisiones y la eficacia por parte de sus colaboradores, disminuyendo esto la deserción del personal. La metodología de trabajo utilizada es evidenciar la problemática en la estructura administrativa y analizar la afectación de manera directa de sus empleados. El resultado de este análisis se obtendrá de las encuestas realizadas a los vinculados actuales de la empresa, en comparación con la satisfacción de personas externas que laboren en empresas diferentes.
In this work, an analysis of the PLASTIGEM S.A.S company will be made, focusing on the organizational part and the impact that this leaves with staff rotation. To address this problem, it is crucial that the company implements a clear organizational structure and establishes roles and responsibilities. defined. Therefore, investment must be made in the growth and development of each employee so that they can feel involved and integral, thus generating an optimal organizational climate. With the implementation of the organizational structure of a company, it is used to improve its productivity and thus be able to meet its goals and objectives. This also facilitates collaboration between the areas of the companies. A well-designed structure significantly improves communication, decision-making and effectiveness on the part of its collaborators, reducing staff attrition. The work methodology used is to highlight the problem in the administrative structure and analyze the direct impact on its employees. The result of this analysis will be obtained from the surveys carried out with the company's current employees, in comparison with the satisfaction of external people who work in different companies.
