Bullying refers to those intimidating or aggressive behaviors exercised by a student, or a group of them, on another, unable to defend themselves; This behavior is characterized by being intentional, persisting over time and establishing a relationship of dominance-submission between an aggressor and his victim (Olweus, 2013; Enriquez & Garzón, 2015; Urra, 2017; Postigo et al., 2019). (cited by Herrera, M.et al. 2021) Aggressive behavior in students is a phenomenon that has become a study every day for prevention by the directors of educational institutions, since cases of bullying are frequently evident that lead to unsafe and hostile environments that affect the mental health of students. Although educational institutions are the place where knowledge is imparted, they must also be a safe place where healthy coexistence is promoted through interpersonal relationships, based on respect and tolerance, in order for students to be formed from a comprehensive perspective and with the guarantee of their rights. Currently, some educational institutions do not have a route of action that, through strategies, allows them to prevent, control or mitigate this scourge; Therefore, this research aims to search for tools that can be useful from project management for the development of strategies that allow confronting and reducing the rates of bullying in the educational environment.
