Abstract
El presente estudio de factibilidad tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad técnica, financiera y jurídica de la construcción de un escenario deportivo cancha sintética para la práctica del fútbol en el municipio de Dosquebradas Risaralda en el año 2023. El estudio se ha realizado en base a una serie de factores, incluyendo la demanda de canchas sintéticas de fútbol en el municipio, la oferta de canchas sintéticas de fútbol en el municipio, los costos de construcción y mantenimiento de una cancha sintética de fútbol, y los ingresos potenciales que se podrían generar por la venta de los servicios de alquiler de la cancha. Los resultados del estudio indican que la construcción de una cancha sintética de fútbol en el municipio de Dosquebradas Risaralda es viable técnica, financiera y jurídicamente. El proyecto se espera que genere beneficios económicos y sociales para la comunidad.
The purpose of this feasibility study is to determine the technical, financial and legal feasibility of building a synthetic soccer field in the municipality of Dosquebradas Risaralda in the year 2023. The study was conducted based on a number of factors, including the demand for synthetic soccer fields in the municipality, the supply of synthetic soccer fields in the municipality, the costs of construction and maintenance of a synthetic soccer field, and the potential income that could be generated from the sale of the rental services of the field. The results of the study indicate that the construction of a synthetic soccer field in the municipality of Dosquebradas Risaralda is technically, financially, and legally feasible. The project is expected to generate economic and social benefits for the community.
