Abstract
En esta investigación se analiza la apropiación del contenido temático a través de los procesos de interacción en la tendencia #Sermamá en el perfil de Instagram de María Clara Rodríguez ,por medio de una etnografía virtual y un análisis de la información. Además de una entrevista a profundidad a una experta en contenido digital y un grupo de discusión realizado a cuatro madres de la ciudad de Medellín con edades entre los 29 y 35 años. Se examinan a fondo las temáticas publicadas en el perfil de María Clara, los procesos de interacción que se generan, a través de las herramientas que ofrece la red social Instagram, la facilidad de crear tendencias dentro de las temáticas y el surgimiento de comunidad virtual entorno al contenido posteado. La información analizada sugiere que las madres usuarias son determinantes para el proceso de construcción de contenido, porque no tienen un rol pasivo de recepción del mensaje, por el contrario, pasan a tener un rol activo al convertirse en prosumidoras. También como se puede transmediatizar el contenido, integrando otros canales de difusión. Se describen dos procesos que surgen a raíz de la apropiación del contenido, y es el uso de subtendencias dentro de un hashtag y el apoyo a las madres seguidoras de la tendencia con la divulgación de información importante.
This research is based on a thematic analysis of the interacting processes behind the trend #SerMama on Maria Clara Rodriguez’s Instagram account. The techniques that will be implemented in this analysis are ethnography and data analysis, followed up by a thorough interview to a digital content expert and a discussion group in which four mothers from the city of Medellin between the ages of 29 and 35 participated. The topics discussed on María Clara's profile and the interaction processes generated will be thoroughly analyzed, as well as the social media’s tools usage, the ease of creating trends about the topics, and the emergence of a virtual community interested on this thematic. The analyzed information suggests that mothers’ users are essential for the content creation due to their active role when receiving the information and their tendency to become prosumers. In addition to this, it is also valuable to recognize how this thematic can be spread out into different communication channels. Finally, there will also be described two processes that normally arise as a consequence of these mothers’ constant participation and proper use of this content. These two processes are: The use of subtrends within a certain hashtag and the support to the mothers who follow the trend and share important information.
