Abstract
La investigación aborda como las tecnologías emergentes Inteligencia artificial, Big Bata, Internet de las cosas (IoT), se están implementando en la industria del sector manufacturero, especialmente como las industrias farmacéuticas abordan estas tecnologías en cada uno de los procesos hacia el enfoque en la gestión de la calidad. La investigación abarca una metodología cuantitativa por medio de una revisión de literatura y una encuesta para conocer el nivel de apropiación que tienen las industrias en la adopción de dichas tecnologías y el interés de integrarlas en los procesos de manufactura.Con el estudio se ha observado un incremento en la cantidad de publicaciones dirigidas hacia la utilización de tecnología emergentes Inteligencia artificial, Big Bata, Internet de las cosas (IoT), Ciencias de los datos en los años 2014 a la fecha con relación de la gestión de calidad en las industrias manufactureras especialmente en las industrias de la salud, con respecto del nivel de madurez en la adopción de estas tecnologías se muestra el avance de las industrias del sector manufacturero han venido implementado el uso de tecnologías emergentes como Big Data, tecnología en la nube, en algunos de sus procesos para garantizar una buena gestión de calidad.Con esta investigación se observa los avances de tecnologías emergentes que han tenido las industrias del sector manufacturero, donde persisten los retos para poder tener una implementación total en sus procesos para una gestión de calidad efectiva, usando las tecnologías emergentes
The research addresses how emerging technologies Artificial Intelligence, Big Bata, Internet of Things (IoT), are being implemented in the manufacturing sector, especially how pharmaceutical industries address these technologies in each of the processes towards the focus on quality management. The research covers a quantitative methodology through a literature review and a survey to know the level of appropriation that industries have in the adoption of these technologies and the interest in integrating them into manufacturing processes. The study has observed an increase in the number of publications directed towards the use of emerging technologies Artificial Intelligence, Big Bata, Internet of Things (IoT), Data Sciences in the years 2014 to date in relation to management of quality in the manufacturing industries, especially in the health industries, with respect to the level of maturity in the adoption of these technologies, the progress of the industries in the manufacturing sector has been implemented the use of emerging technologies such as Big Data, technology in the cloud, in some of its processes to guarantee good quality management. With this research, we observe the advances in emerging technologies that industries in the manufacturing sector have had, where challenges persist in being able to have full implementation in their processes for effective quality management, using emerging technologies.
