Abstract
Con la ayuda de la informacion recopilada teórica por parte del mercadeo y logística podremos tener bases para crear estrategias innovadoras administrativas, tengamos en cuenta la informacion del producto y mercado al cual vamos a ingresar. Canadá en un gran mercado aunque abundante de competencia un mercado importante a nivel mundial para comercializar un producto u ofrecer un servicio, analizaremos al igual algunas matrices como DOFA, un cuadro de Gantt y un análisis pestel para tomar decisiones y hacer una buena planeación para ingresar al mercado de Canadá al igual hacer un diagnóstico empresarial analizando la competencia ya establecida en el país antes mencionado con la idea de hacer estrategias, tácticas para una buena planeación, elaborar un buen cronograma con anticipación previniendo inconvenientes y anticipando recursos que necesitaremos técnicos y estratégicos.
