Abstract
Districol es una empresa dedicada a la administración e instalación de Corresponsales Bancarios, este modelo de negocio juega un papel fundamental en la inclusión financiera al facilitar el acceso a productos y servicios bancarios en zonas donde la presencia de sucursales tradicionales es limitada. Esta empresa para este año enfrenta un desafío debido que el Banco tiene un crecimiento limitado en cuanto a la instalación de nuevos corresponsales y en el momento su foco es el crecimiento transaccional. En este contexto, el objetivo principal de este trabajo es diseñar una estrategia para aumentar las transacciones en los corresponsales bancarios de Districol en 2024. El trabajo inicia con un análisis minucioso de la situación actual de los corresponsales, incluyendo el volumen de transacciones, los factores que afectan el crecimiento y las razones detrás de los cierres de corresponsales. Se analizaron los datos de transacciones de 2023 para evaluar el crecimiento y las variaciones mensuales y se realizaron encuestas tanto a corresponsales como a gestores de la Alianza Districol para identificar las causas que obstaculizan el incremento de transacciones y las razones de cierre de corresponsales. Se consolidaron los datos obtenidos y se realizó un análisis general de la información con el cual se logró identificar las áreas de oportunidad para el aumento de las transacciones y mejorar el rendimiento de los corresponsales; con base a los hallazgos se diseñó la estrategia que puede incentivar el crecimiento transaccional. Con la implementación efectiva de esta estrategia se logrará no solo un aumento inmediato en las transacciones, sino también establecer bases para un crecimiento sostenible a largo plazo tanto para los establecimientos de comercio como para Districol.

This business model plays a fundamental role in financial inclusion by facilitating access to banking products and services in areas where the presence of traditional branches is limited. This year, the company faces a challenge due to the limited growth of new correspondents, with the bank's focus being on transactional growth. In this context, the main objective of this work is to design a strategy to increase transactions at Districol's banking correspondents in 2024. The work begins with a thorough analysis of the current situation of the correspondents, including transaction volumes, factors affecting growth, and the reasons behind the closure of correspondents. Transaction data from 2023 was analyzed to assess growth and monthly variations, and surveys were conducted with both correspondents and managers from the Districol Alliance to identify the causes that hinder the increase in transactions and the reasons for correspondent closures. The obtained data was consolidated, and a general analysis of the information was conducted, which allowed for the identification of areas of opportunity to increase transactions and improve the performance of the correspondents. Based on the findings, a strategy was designed to encourage transactional growth. With the effective implementation of this strategy, not only will an immediate increase in transactions be achieved, but it will also establish the foundation for sustainable long-term growth, both for the retail establishments and for Districol.
