Abstract
Entendiendo el crecimiento continuo que tiene la tecnología sumado a la vocación ganadera
de la ciudad de Ibagué, aparecen diversas ideas y elementos que se pueden aplicar en este
mercado, una de ellas es la implantación de un dispositivo no solo de identificación sino también
de rastreo satelital, más conocido como GPS, lo que permitirá al empresario ganadero, conocer
en tiempo real información de su ganado, su posición y recorridos o movimientos, enriqueciendo
totalmente la productividad del sector, ya que no solo genera seguridad sino un sinfín de
información que permitirá al propietario tener cada vez en mejor estado a su ganado y aumentar
la producción generando mayores ingresos sosteniendo las organizaciones ganaderas vacunas en
el mercado.
Understanding the continuous growth that technology has added to the livestock vocation of the city of Ibagué, there are several ideas and elements that can be applied in this market, one of them is the implementation of a device not only for identification but also for satellite tracking , better known as GPS, which will allow the livestock entrepreneur of the animals, to know in real time information about their livestock and their position and routes or movements, totally enriching the productivity of the sector, since it not only generates security but an endless number of information that will allow the owner to have his cattle better and better and increase production by generating more income by supporting vaccine organizations in the marke.
