Abstract
El programa de gestión para almacenamiento seguro, se elabora con el fin de que la tasa de incidentes a causa de caída de cargas y caídas de objetos a distinto nivel no se continúen presentando, además de otras inconformidades que se presentan y afectan los demás procesos, busca preservar la integridad física y emocional de todo el personal que labora dentro de las instalaciones a cargo de la empresa contratista encargada de la logística, mediante esta estrategia se pretende minimizar al máximo las ocurrencias de incidentes laborales, condiciones inseguras que puedan poner en riesgo la seguridad y salud de todos, y evitar la posibilidad de que se materialice un accidente laboral. Se realizó un análisis de las condiciones laborales y se observa que muchos de los incidentes que se han presentado durante lo que va corrido del año se presentan a causa de la inestabilidad que tiene la estantería debido a los múltiples daños que se le han ocasionado. Esto produce que la infraestructura se debilite y como resultado surja este tipo de inconvenientes entre otros que afectan el flujo de la operación. Con este proyecto se busca bajar índices de incidentes y crear un ambiente de trabajo seguro para todos
The management program for safe storage, is developed in order that the rate of incidents due to falling loads and falling objects at different levels do not continue to occur, in addition to other nonconformities that occur and affect other processes, This strategy seeks to preserve the physical and emotional integrity of all the personnel working in the facilities under the responsibility of the contractor in charge of logistics, to minimize as much as possible the occurrence of labor incidents, unsafe conditions that may jeopardize the safety and health of everyone, and to avoid the possibility of a labor accident. An analysis of the working conditions was performed and it was observed that many of the incidents that have occurred so far this year are due to the instability of the shelving due to the multiple damages that have been caused to it. This causes the infrastructure to weaken and as a result, this type of inconvenience, among others, affects the flow of the operation. This project seeks to lower incident rates and create a safe work environment for everyone.
