Factores motivacionales con la cultura organizacional en un contact center ubicado en el municipio de sabaneta
El presente trabajo investigativo abordara la motivación laboral en el área administrativa y de apoyo de un contact center en Sabaneta. Se pretende identificar los factores que influyen en la motivación de los empleados, con el fin de mirar como dichos factores pueden impactar en el desempeño y la satisfacción laboral. Por lo tanto, se identificó algunos factores para mejorar y elevar la motivación fomentando un mayor compromiso entre los trabajadores, con el objetivo de garantizar la productividad y la calidad del servicio brindado en la empresa. Consecuentemente, la motivación es un elemento clave para el rendimiento y la satisfacción de los colaboradores, diversos factores afectan la motivación los cuales son: el ambiente laboral, las oportunidades de desarrollo profesional, la comunicación interna entre áreas, equidad salarial y el reconocimiento a los empleados por sus esfuerzos o buenas practicas. En síntesis, se destacan también las diferencias respecto a la motivación entre distintos grupos de empleados,así como la influencia de la cultura organizacional en dichas diferencias motivacionales. La investigación incluye una entrevista semiestructurada aplicada a un grupo de colaboradores, permitiendo obtener una visión más clara de la relación que puede existir entre la motivación, el desempeño y la satisfacción laboral. Los hallazgos revelan áreas de mejora y sugieren la implementación de prácticas como programas de capacitación, sistemas de incentivos, equidad salarial, crecimiento a nivel organizativo y una mejor comunicación entre equipos. Finalmente, se dan algunas recomendaciones prácticas que pueden servir para la dirección del contact center, buscando crear un entorno más motivador y productivo, lo que no solo impacta de manera más positiva a los empleados, sino que también puede mejor la satisfacción del cliente y el desempeño general de la organización.
This research work will address the work motivation in the administrative and support area of a contact center in Sabaneta. It is intended to identify the factors that influence the motivation of employees, in order to see how these factors can impact on performance and job satisfaction. Therefore, some factors were identified to improve and raise motivation by promoting greater commitment among workers, in order to ensure productivity and quality of service provided in the company. Consequently, motivation is a key element for the performance and satisfaction of employees, and several factors affect motivation, such as: the work environment, professional development opportunities, internal communication between areas, salary equity and recognition of employees for their efforts or good practices. In summary, it also highlights the differences in motivation among different groups of employees, as well as the influence of organizational culture on these motivational differences. The research includes a semi-structured interview applied to a group of employees, allowing to obtain a clearer view of the relationship that may exist between motivation, performance and job satisfaction.The findings reveal areas for improvement and suggest the implementation of practices such as training programs, incentive systems, salary equity, organizational growth and better communication between teams. Finally, some practical recommendations are given that can be useful for contact center management, seeking to create a more motivating and productive environment, which not only impacts employees more positively, but can also improve customer satisfaction and the overall performance of the organization.
