Efectos del estrés laboral en el desempeño de los colaboradores de las organizaciones a nivel Latinoamérica

Abstract

La presente investigación monográfica tiene como objetivo analizar la correlación entre el estrés y el efecto que tiene en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores en las organizaciones a nivel latinoamericano, a través de una búsqueda teórica científica. La investigación utiliza un enfoque cualitativo de tipo documental, donde se busca indagar cuales son los efectos del estrés en el desempeño Laboral de los colaboradores de las organizaciones a nivel Latinoamérica. Lo anterior se pretende llevar a cabo a través de una análisis bibliográfico de las investigaciones que tratan el tema expuesto y se consultan en las bases de datos de la biblioteca virtual de la universidad, SciELO, Redalyc, Google académico.The objective of this monographic investigation is to analyze the correlation between stress and the effect it has on the work performance of employees in organizations at the Latin American level, through a scientific theoretical search. The research uses a qualitative approach of documentary type, where it seeks to investigate what are the effects of stress on the work performance of the collaborators of the organizations at the Latin American level. The foregoing is intended to be carried out through a bibliographical analysis of the research that deals with the exposed topic and is consulted in the databases of the virtual library of the university, SciELO, Redalyc, Google academic.
