Abstract
ASOD.
In response to the growing need for higher education institutions to accredit academic programs and to guarantee the quality education required by law and given that the national accreditation council emphasizes the importance of these institutions to do monitorin their graduates. Therefore, taking the above into account, this degree Project focuses on graduates of the Ocuppational Health and Safety Administration program, where the main objetive is to analyze the impact that the program´s graduates have had between 2016 and 2022 in the social and academic environment. In order to know what their process was once they graduated. To carry out this research, the mixed methodology was implemented where the quantitative and qualitative approach were integrated, with the objetive of obtaining a more complete understanding, so a survey was carried out among the graduates of the program, where closed questions were combined. That allowed us to collect numerical or statistical data and open questions to respond to the qualitative approach, which allowed the respondents to express their opinión and perspective in a more detailed way, so in the end we obtained a breadth about the enviroment in which they develop allowing us to know what impact their professional career had and if the education they received at the institution onfluenced their lives. The results revealed an effectiveness of 58% of surveys applied and 42% of surveys not applied supported by the outdated database, lack of interest on the part of graduates. Although, due to the aforementioned participation, great positive findings were found and others that can be improved, such as the lack of knowledge of graduates about the care routes and benefits they have with the university once they graduate from the ASOD program. 15 The importance of this study lies primarily in generating a link with the graduates, complying with the regulatory requirements, generating the degree to continue to be accredited as such, and also generating significant benefits for both the institution and the graduates, thus allowing carry out initiatives aimed at constant improvement.
