Diagnóstico de las estrategias de comunicación utilizadas por la barra "Los del Sur", entre 2016 y 2019, para difundir el barrismo como estilo de vida no violento en el Valle de Aburrá

El presente proyecto consideró como propósito el análisis de las estrategias comunicativas que se plantearon en la barra popular “Los Del Sur”(LDS), seguidores del equipo antioqueño Club Atlético Nacional, para dar a conocer el barrismo como estilo de vida no violento con todo y los procesos de identidad que esto conlleva. Para tener una base histórica de lo que ha sido el barrismo, se consultaron diversas fuentes de información con las que se logró considerar un conocimiento más específico sobre el tema desde lo internacional, posteriormente el entorno nacional, llegando al ámbito local; asimismo, se establecieron 4 autores y términos claves que fueron la base fundamental para la realización de toda la investigación. De modo que en el desarrollo de este proyecto se implementaron tres métodos explorativos dándole foco a diferentes miradas de la práctica del barrismo, una entrevista a uno de los miembros más representativos de la barra, el estudio detallado de las cuentas de la Alcaldía de Medellín y Los Del Sur en Instagram, teniendo en cuenta que es una de las aplicaciones más populares del mundo, y una encuesta en Google Forms a la que respondieron 60 personas. Concluyendo satisfactoriamente con la identificación del proceso que LDS como barra han tenido de la cual se rescata una transformación social importante siendo referente tanto a nivel local como en Suramérica; además, la difusión de la información desde las habilidades comunicativas que se plantearon como barra está siendo efectiva, sin embargo, se deben crear otro tipo de tácticas o estrategias para llegar a un público más general.
This project is intended to conduct an analysis of the communication strategies that were proposed by Los Del Sur, supporters’ group of the Antioquian soccer team Club Atlético Nacional, with the objective of sharing the idea of fanhood as a non-violent lifestyle with all the identity processes that it might entail. In order to obtain a comprehensive historical database on the supporters’ club and soccer fanhood, various sources of information have been consulted, which has led to a clearer understanding of this matter on both an international and a local scale. In this way, four authors were put in place, as well as some important keywords, in order to establish the fundamental basis of the realization of this project. Consequently, three exploratory research methods were designed while focusing on different perspectives around being part of a supporter’s group as a customary practice; namely, an interview with one of the most representative members of the Atlético Nacional supporters’ club, a detailed study of the Instagram accounts of the Mayor’s Office of Medellín and Los Del Sur, considering that it is the most popular account thus far, and a survey on Google Forms that was filled out by 60 people. This met satisfactorily the expectations of the analysis of the process that Los Del Sur has undergone, which represents a paramount social transformation on a local scale, as well as in South America. Moreover, the dissemination of information from the communication strategies that were carried out as a supporters’ club has been effective, although more approaches must be adopted to reach a broader public.
