dc.description.abstractEl proyecto busca determinar la factibilidad para la ampliación de la operación de la empresa CGSS INGENIERIA S.A.S. en la ciudad de Neiva, teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de los propietarios en determinar si es viable expandir sus operaciones, lo cual es un objetivo de dicha organización que ya cuenta con un posicionamiento fuerte en el sur del departamento. Se realizó un estudio de mercado encontrando un potencial cliente y mercado en expansión para los servicios que presta la empresa en la ciudad, de igual manera se realizó estudio técnico y financiero donde se encontró que con una proyección moderada se logró identificar la viabilidad del proyecto y de la expansión de la operación de la empresa en la ciudad, donde se realiza una inversión inicial de $301.022.275, donde se financiara el 70% con recursos de terceros a un interés del 7,39%, y obteniendo la factibilidad del proyecto según los indicadores evaluadores, TIR 19,81% y VPN $60.411.773.
dc.description.abstract. The project seeks to determine the feasibility of expanding the operation of the company CGSS INGENIERIA SAS in the city of Neiva, taking into account the need of the owners to determine if it is feasible to expand their operations, which is an objective of said organization that it already has a strong position in the south of the department. A market study was carried out finding a potential client and an expanding market for the services provided by the company in the city, in the same way a technical and financial study was carried out where it was found that with a moderate projection it was possible to identify the viability of the project and of the expansion of the operation of the company in the city, where an initial investment of $ 301,022,275 is made, where 70% will be financed with third-party resources at an interest of 7.39%, and obtaining the feasibility of the project according to the evaluating indicators, TIR 19.81% and VPN $ 60,411,773.
