Investigación de accidentes de trabajo en la empresa C&M Contratistas S.A.S

Abstract

Este documento se inicia definiendo el aspecto que se abordó durante la realización de la práctica, se destaca la importancia de conocer a fondo sus posibles causas, con el fin de determinar todos los factores que intervienen o intervinieron en el hecho, se da cuenta del por qué y para que se decide sistematizar este tema y la importancia de hacerlo, seguido de los objetivos que se pretenden alcanzar con esta sistematización y sus posibles beneficiarios. Se realiza una contextualización de la empresa, se presenta su estructura organizacional, se hace una descripción de las problemáticas observadas y de las oportunidades de mejora, además de la descripción detalla del rol desempeñado como practicante. Posterior a esto, se hace una revisión a nivel local, nacional e internacional, acerca de la normatividad vigente y de todo aquel material que enriquezca las competencias del aspecto abordado, dando espacio al referente conceptual, donde se aporta al documento información de autores que interpretan la problemática tratada. En el aspecto metodológico se describe el proceso que permitió desarrollar este aspecto de la práctica, definiendo los instrumentos mediante los cuales se recolecto información sobre el proceso de la práctica y las acciones puntuales realizadas. Para dar por terminado se realiza una interpretación critica de la práctica y se hace una reflexión de los aportes realizados al lugar de práctica y de los aprendizajes generados como practicante, se emiten las conclusiones y recomendaciones si es el caso.This document begins by defining the aspect that was addressed during the practice, the importance of knowing in depth its possible causes is highlighted, in order to determine all the factors that intervene or intervened in the event, it realizes the what and for what is decided to systematize this issue and the importance of doing so, followed by the objectives that are intended to be achieved with this systematization and its possible beneficiaries. A contextualization of the company is carried out, its organizational structure is presented, a description is made of the problems observed and the opportunities for improvement, in addition to the detailed description of the role played as a practitioner. After this, a review is made at local, national and international level, about the current regulations and all the material that enriches the competences of the aspect addressed, giving space to the conceptual reference, where information from authors who interpret is provided to the document the problem treated. In the methodological aspect the process that allowed to develop this aspect of the practice is described, defining the instruments through which information was collected on the process of the practice and the specific actions carried out. To conclude, a critical interpretation of the practice is made and a reflection is made of the contributions made to the place of practice and of the learning generated as a practitioner, conclusions and recommendations are issued, if applicable.
