Abstract
El ausentismo y la deserción laboral son temas complejos, se vienen presentando en las organizaciones a través de los tiempos, ciertamente no es algo nuevo, pero hoy en día se presentan frecuentemente, ocasionando gran cantidad de inconvenientes en las organizaciones.
Por lo anterior, en este trabajo se pretende llevar a cabo una investigación que permita identificar en la población juvenil de edades comprendidas entre los 20 a 30 años de los barrios Escobar y San Cayetano del municipio de La Estrella, los motivos por los cuales han sumado las listas de ausentismo o la deserción laboral; por lo tanto, entre los interrogantes más recurrentes tenemos; si les interesaría permanecer en un puesto de trabajo estable, dado que en muchas ocasiones se ha evidenciado que dicha población es la que generalmente deserta a sus empleos por distintos factores.
Esto con el fin de llegar a la conclusión de si este fenómeno realmente sigue sucediendo y poder determinar cuál serían las causas principales de que los jóvenes lo estén haciendo. Para ello, se recurrió a los antecedentes que se tienen acerca del tema y se pretende indagar más a fondo con esta población ya que son los que pueden suministrar una información más exacta y con esto lograr cumplir el objetivo propuesto.
Absenteeism and labor desertion are complex issues, they have been occurring in organizations throughout time, it is certainly not something new, but nowadays they occur frequently, causing a great amount of inconveniences in organizations. Therefore, in this work we intend to carry out an investigation to identify in the youth population between 20 and 30 years of age of the Escobar and San Cayetano neighborhoods of the municipality of La Estrella, the reasons why they have added the lists of absenteeism or labor desertion; therefore, among the most recurrent questions we have; if they would be interested in remaining in a stable job, since in many occasions it has been evidenced that this population is the one that generally deserts their jobs for different factors. This in order to reach the conclusion of whether this phenomenon really continues to happen and to determine what would be the main causes of young people doing so. For this purpose, we resorted to the antecedents that we have on the subject and we intend to investigate more in depth with this population since they are the ones who can provide more accurate information and thus achieve the proposed objective.
