Abstract
El presente estudio consistió en caracterizar el proceso e identificar los repertorios de acción colectiva y comunicacionales presentes en la consulta popular de 2017. Dicha consulta, indagó en la comunidad sobre la decisión frente al proyecto de extracción minera en el territorio, con la pregunta: “¿Está usted de acuerdo, sí o no, con que en el municipio de Pijao se desarrollen proyectos y actividades de minería de metales?”
