Diseño de estrategias de emprendimiento e innovación social para el empoderamiento económico de la mujer en el barrio Palma Real 2 de Granada, Meta.
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal diseñar estrategias de emprendimiento e innovación social para el empoderamiento económico de la mujer en el barrio Palma Real 2 de Granada, Meta. Para lograr esto se estudió la percepción y la experiencia de las mujeres del barrio, desde el conocimiento que tiene frente al concepto de empoderamiento económico femenino e innovación social, como un modelo metodológico que pueden adoptar para su empoderamiento económico. Esto se hizo a través de una encuesta aplicada a 41 mujeres del barrio. En la etapa 2 se llevó a cabo una investigación a través de fuentes secundarias con revisión y análisis sobre casos de emprendimiento e innovación social exitosos en Colombia. Donde se pudo identificar una alta capacidad de participación de la mujer con ideas de impacto social, donde ellas son lideres y emprendedoras, como un ejemplo de empoderamiento económico femenino arrasando con los estereotipos de la sociedad. Finalmente, en la etapa 3 se realizó un análisis de los resultados obtenidos mediante la herramienta matriz DOFA destacando factores internos y externos, lo que permitió diseñar estrategias referentes a la problemática y necesidades que presenta las mujeres del barrio Palma Real 2, con el objetivo fortalecer sus iniciativas de emprendimiento para puedan alcanzar su empoderamiento económico. A través de esta investigación se logró obtener de una forma clara información sobre cuáles son los principales barreras y obstáculos que les impiden llegar al empoderamiento económico a las mujeres del barrio Palma Real, así como las posibles soluciones, dejando en evidencia que la población femenina en barrios vulnerables del área urbana comparte características que les impiden crecer en términos económicos.
The main objective of this research was to design entrepreneurship and social innovation strategies for the economic empowerment of women in the Palma Real 2 neighborhood, Granada, Meta. To achieve this, the perception and experience of the women of the neighborhood was studied, from the knowledge they have regarding the concept of female economic empowerment and social innovation, as a methodological model that they can adopt for their economic empowerment. This was done through a survey applied to 41 women in the neighborhood. In stage 2, research was carried out through secondary sources with review and analysis on cases of successful entrepreneurship and social innovation in Colombia. Where it was possible to identify a high capacity for participation of women with ideas of social impact, where they are leaders and entrepreneurs, as an example of female economic empowerment sweeping away the stereotypes of society. Finally, in stage 3, an analysis of the results obtained through the SWOT matrix tool was carried out, highlighting internal and external factors, which made it possible to design strategies regarding the problems and needs presented by the women of the Palma Real 2 neighborhood, with the aim of strengthening their entrepreneurship initiatives so that they can achieve their economic empowerment. Through this research, it was possible to obtain clear information on the main barriers and obstacles that prevent women in the Palma Real neighborhood from achieving economic empowerment, as well as possible solutions, showing that the female population in vulnerable neighborhoods of the urban area shares characteristics that prevent them from growing in economic terms.
