Prevalencia del Síndrome de Burnout en el personal de Atención Prehospitalaria del Programa de Atención a Emergencias 123 Salud de Medellín

Esta investigación cuyo objetivo principal es determinar la prevalencia del Síndrome de Burnout en el personal de atención prehospitalaria del Programa de Emergencias 123 Salud de Medellín, a través de la aplicación del cuestionario Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), es de tipo mixto, de características descriptivas, ya que, desea mostrar como ya se mencionó, cuál es la prevalencia del Síndrome en el personal que lleve más de dos años en la empresa. Se busca analizar estadísticamente los resultados que arroje la aplicación de la encuesta (MBI), los cuales permitan establecer si hay o no prevalencia del Síndrome de Burnout en el personal objeto de estudio. Con estos resultados se pretende, además determinar una propuesta de intervención para el Programa de Atención a Emergencia 123 Salud de Medellín, el cual les permita intervenir y prevenir el Síndrome de Burnout en su población trabajadora. Esta es una investigación aplicada, la cual pretende aportar información para quienes desconocen la existencia del Síndrome de Burnout, principalmente a su personal expuesto al riesgo, a la empresa contratante y aquellas empresas con actividades económicas similares.

This is an applied investigation, which aims to provide information for those who are unaware of the existence of Burnout Syndrome, mainly to its personnel exposed to risk, to the contracting company and those companies with similar economic activities.
