Abstract
El trabajo de investigación se interesó por las trayectorias profesionales de docentes rurales de las zonas postconflicto del municipio de Briceño Antioquia, quienes fueron los actores principales de impartir una educación con calidad pese a las múltiples dificultades que viven en los territorios en los que se labora, dada la presencia de grupos presentes al margen de la ley que ponen como reto fundamental para comprender y mejorar la profesión docente específicamente para esas zonas, lo que a su vez tiene un impacto directo en la calidad de la educación y el éxito de los estudiantes. El objetivo de este estudio se encaminó a identificar los elementos que definen las trayectorias profesionales de los docentes rurales de zona postconflicto en el municipio de Briceño Antioquia. Para ello, metodológicamente se propuso una investigación narrativa que pretendió reconstruir el trayecto profesional de los docentes rurales del municipio de Briceño a través de sus historias de vida. En términos de su alcance o resultados, el estudio ofreció una mirada sobre las experiencias, desafíos, retos y oportunidades que enfrentan los educadores en un ambiente de conflicto armado y la forma como se asemeja una paz en esa trayectoria profesional desde su vinculación con los escenarios sociales que determinan sus prácticas.
