Abstract
Carnes la Alemán es una empresa familiar dedicada al comercio de carnes en la ciudad de Bogotá, la cual lleva 6 años en este sector buscando siempre mejorar y brindar el mejor servicio a sus clientes, esta empresa tiene algunas falencias las cuales no ayudan a su crecimiento y mejor funcionamiento. Por tal motivo, la presente propuesta de reestructuración surge de querer brindarle a la empresa Carnes La Alemana una mejora administrativa la cual será de vital importancia no solo para los propietarios sino también para los clientes, ya que la carnicería progresará de manera significativa dentro de cada una de las actividades que realiza diariamente. Además, de facilitar el proceso de cumplimiento de la misión y visión de la organización. El principal objetivo dentro de esta propuesta de trabajo es rediseñar el área administrativa de acuerdo con la actividad comercial de la empresa, trabajando de la mano con los propietarios, colaboradores y clientes para lograr que Carnes la Alemana se convierta en una empresa familiar líder en la industria cárnica. Por otro lado, es importante destacar que las empresas familiares representan un gran porcentaje de las organizaciones que se establecen en Colombia
Carnes la Alemana is a family business dedicated to the meat trade in the city of Bogotá, which has been in this sector for 6 years always seeking to improve and provide the best service to its customers, this family company has some shortcomings which do not help growth and better operation of this. For this reason, the present restructuring proposal arises from wanting to offer the company Carnes La Alemana an administrative improvement which will be of vital importance not only for the owners but also for the clients since the butcher shop will improve in a significantly within each of the activities carried out daily and facilitate the process of fulfilling the mission and vision of the same. The main objective within this work proposal is to redesign the administrative area according to the commercial activity of this company, working hand in hand with the owners, collaborators and clients in order to make Carnes la Alemana become a leading family business in the meat industry. On the other hand, family businesses represent a large percentage of the organizations that are established in Colombia
