Abstract
Tomando como eje central la Gestión de Proyectos, el trabajo académico que a continuación se presenta recorre un camino de investigación enfocado a cómo las tecnologías de Big Data, Inteligencia Artificial y Ciencia de Datos, emergentes en el momento histórico actual, pueden contribuir a las empresas que se dedican a la construcción de obras de acueducto y alcantarillado.
El marco geográfico en el que se muestra el contenido de dicho trabajo es la ciudad de Medellín, teniendo en cuenta que es una de las ciudades pioneras en innovación, no solo en Colombia sino a nivel internacional, la presente investigación se realiza con el objetivo de mejorar las estrategias que se llevan a cabo en la gestión de proyectos a través de las tecnologías emergentes en las obras civiles para el sector de la construcción de acueductos y alcantarillados en las empresas de Medellín, para desarrollar la siguiente investigación se utilizó una metodología de tipo cuantitativa, para lo cual se llevaron a cabo 52 encuestas, las cuales contaron con 25 preguntas de opción múltiple con única respuesta, estas encuestas permitieron tener como resultados que las tecnologías emergentes se encuentran en un auge importante, especialmente en este mundo tan digitalizado actualmente, debido al ingreso de la cuarta revolución conocida como industria 4.0, así mismo se darán a conocer algunas estrategias que pueden ser de gran ayuda para las empresas de acueducto y alcantarillado en la ciudad de Medellín.
Taking Project Management as a central axis, the academic work presented below follows a research path focused on how Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science technologies, emerging in the current historical moment, can contribute to companies engaged in the construction of water and sewage works. The geographical framework in which the content of this work is shown is the city of Medellin, taking into account that it is one of the pioneering cities in innovation, not only in Colombia but internationally, the present research is carried out with the objective of improving the strategies that are carried out in project management through emerging technologies in civil works for the construction sector of aqueduct and sewerage in the companies of Medellin, To develop the following research a quantitative methodology was used, for which 52 surveys were carried out, which had 25 multiple choice questions with a single answer, these surveys allowed to have as results that emerging technologies are in an important boom, especially in this world so digitized today, due to the entry of the fourth revolution known as industry 4. 0, and some strategies that can be of great help to the water and sewerage companies in the city of Medellin will also be presented.
