Abstract
El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal diseñar un control de ingeniería para la prevención de lesiones osteomusculares en los trabajadores expuestos a factores de riesgo biomecánico en la Planta de Tratamiento de Agua Residual (PTAR) de Henkel Colombiana S.A.S. Tiene un enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo, para su ejecución se utilizó una entrevista con preguntas semiestructuradas y un instrumento de observación. En esta investigación se pudo concluir que los trabajadores desarrollan actividades de esfuerzo físico, evidenciándose en el traslado de los barriles a la zona de acopio, superando el peso establecido en la normatividad. Las actividades productivas se realizan en postura bípeda, generando dolores a nivel de espalda, piernas y caderas; lo cual ha generado incapacidades en el último año. En el análisis de las actividades productivas se pudo concluir que es necesaria la implementación de un dispositivo de manipulación de carga, para facilitar el traslado de los insumos químicos a las zonas de PTAR en donde se realiza un trayecto mayor a 10 metros
The main objective of the research work is to design an engineering control for the prevention of musculoskeletal injuries in workers exposed to biomechanical risk factors in the Wastewater Treatment Plant (PTAR) of Henkel Colombiana S.A.S. It has a qualitative approach of a descriptive type, for its execution an interview with semi-structured questions and an observation instrument were used. In this investigation it was possible to conclude that the workers carry out activities of physical effort, evidenced in the transfer of the barrels to the storage area, exceeding the weight established in the regulations. Productive activities are carried out in a bipedal posture, generating pain in the back, legs and hips; which has generated disabilities in the last year. In the analysis of the productive activities, it was possible to conclude that the implementation of a load handling device is necessary, to facilitate the transfer of chemical inputs to the WWTP areas where a journey greater than 10 meters is made
